What we collect here
Only what our forms ask for: your name, contact details, business information and your message, plus basic technical context (the page you submitted from and campaign parameters) so we can understand where enquiries come from. We do not buy, sell or rent personal data, ever.
How forms are processed
Website forms are processed and stored through Netlify Forms, our website hosting and form provider. Submissions are used by the Dambru team to respond to enquiries, prepare audits and manage the Field Notes subscription. Service providers may process the information only to provide hosting, form delivery, email and related technical services.
What we do with it
We use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare your audit, and, only if you subscribed, send the monthly Field Notes email. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe option. Lead data submitted for HRSMS is processed inside that product under its terms and is never shared across clients.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, assess fit, deliver requested work and maintain ordinary business records. You may request access, correction or deletion of your website enquiry information by contacting us, subject to any legal or contractual record-keeping obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled in future, they will be used in aggregate to understand page performance and enquiry sources, not to sell personal data.
